Reustle (pronounced "rus'el") Prayer Rock Vineyards is a family owned and operated winery. Stephen & Gloria Reustle along with their two children moved to Oregon to establish their vineyards in 2001. Winemaking began in 2004 using only fruit grown from the estate's Prayer Rock Vineyards. The vineyards are located in a fairytale viticulture area where varieties, clones and rootstocks were carefully selected to match the diverse hillside soil and unique micro-climate. Years of hard work and infinite attention to detail go into each bottle of wine. Gentle handling at all stages of vinification help to produce small lots of ultra-premium wines that express the personality of the vineyard. Reustle-Prayer Rock Vineyards is a place where visitors feel genuine warmth and where you are treated like old friends.
