The Umpqua Valley Winegrowers Association is a 501(c)(5) non-profit member organization that exists to promote the Umpqua Valley’s wineries, vineyards and wines in partnership with its members, community, destination marketing and economic development organizations to increase tourism, wine sales and acclaim as a pioneering and authentic world-class wine experience.

Winery Membership

For wineries located in the Umpqua Valley.

Winery Member benefits include:

  • Your winery’s listing on our website
  • Your winery’s listing on our Wine Trail map distributed throughout Oregon
  • Marketing your wines at annual events, including Greatest of the Grape, Memorial Day Weekend Open House, The Harvest Tour, Thanksgiving Open House Weekend, and new events in-the-works
  • Media tour opportunities to showcase your brand
  • Technical Tasting Seminars for winemaking staff 3x/year (December, March, June)
  • Marketing Seminars for tasting room staff and winery owners 3x/year (January, April, July)

Applications are available below.  Membership follows the calendar year and are manually renewed each November.  The UVWA Board of Directors votes on new members monthly, and you will be notified immediately following the meeting.

Vineyard Membership

For vineyards located in the Umpqua Valley.

Vineyard Member benefits include:

  • A full page listing on our website about your vineyard, including images, location, and description
  • Networking & camaraderie at bi-monthly Industry Mixers and annual meeting
  • Opportunity for vineyard owners to run for UVWA Board of Directors and join committees
  • Collaborate with the Oregon Wine Board to support and advocate for the Oregon wine industry
  • Involvement in regional & statewide tourism associations and destination marketing organizations (DMOs)

Partner Membership

For businesses looking to drive more wine tourists to their business, or for those looking to market to wineries and vineyards.

Basic Partner Member Benefits:  $300 annually

  • Detailed full page business listing on Umpqua Valley Wineries website, including pictures of your business, contact information, and direct link to your website
  • Invitation to bi-monthly wine industry mixers at rotating Umpqua Valley wineries
  • Invitation to monthly membership meetings, including in-person UVWA annual meeting in January

Premium Partner Member Benefits: $750 annually

  • All benefits listed above, plus:
    • Listing on printed Umpqua Valley Wine Trail Brochure that is distributed in tasting rooms, local hotels, the Eugene airport, Medford airport, and Travel Oregon tourism welcome centers
    • Annual feature in UVWA email newsletter distributed to 6,000+ consumers OR to our Winery & Vineyard members (depending on your audience). Partner members can also include any promotions available to UVWA winery & vineyard members.
    • Opportunity to present your business at a membership meeting (once a year)
    • Opportunity for your business to participate in media tours with Oregon Wine Board & Travel Southern Oregon

All members must comply with the UVWA Code of Ethical behavior.

UVWA Membership Meetings

Meetings are held on the 2nd Tuesday of the month and rotate between in-person at a local winery and virtual.

2026 Meeting Schedule:

In Person at 4:15 pm: January 6* at Lexème, March 10 at Knostman Family Winery, May 12 at Paul O’Brien Winery, July 14 at Spire Mountain Cellars, September 8, November 10

Online at 9:00 am: February 10, April 14, June 9, August 11, December 8  (No October meeting due to harvest.)
