The Annual Greatest of the Grape Event
Known as “Oregon’s oldest wine celebration,” this is the Umpqua Valley’s largest wine tasting event.
The Greatest of the Grape is typically held in the winter, at Seven Feathers Casino Resort.

- Silent auction to help raise money for the Umpqua Valley Winegrowers Association
Guests can take a lucky spin on the Wheel of Wine to win a bottle of Umpqua Valley wine. All of the money raised with the Wheel of Wine goes directly to a local non-profit. Each year the Umpqua Valley Winegrowers Association chooses a different non-profit beneficiary, who also provides volunteers/board members to help staff the Wheel of Wine during the event. It’s a win-win!
Format
Guests will have the opportunity to taste two wines from each winery: a red wine and a non-red wine (white, rosé, or sparkling wine). All tastings are included in the ticket price. There are no additional tickets or tokens to purchase.
Guests can take a break to nibble on tasty appetizers, and refresh their palate at our water stations. Towards the end of the evening, one wine will be crowned the Greatest of the Grape!
Attire
Cocktail or Festive attire is recommended.
