Established to support the growing wine industry, the UCC Wine Making, Viticulture & Winery Management program offers hands-on training, state-of-the-art vineyards and facilities, and expert-led courses that provide students with a comprehensive understanding of winemaking, vineyard management, and business operations. Focusing on a hands-on curriculum, the program combines classroom instruction with real-world experience at its student-operated commercial winery, allowing learners to craft their own wines.
